RETURNS

YOU MUST PROVIDE THE PROPER ADDRESS OR ITEMS SHALL BE REFUNDED AND VOID.


Am I eligible for returns?

Yes, the product must be in its unused and original packaging. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you with your return.

How can I return a product/order?

WHATS THE RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY?

Customers are liable for inputting correct shipping address in the order form and will be liable for the replacement costs in the case the address was input incorrectly. Please double-check to ensure that you have listed the appropriate address in the shipping address section

 

Should the items arrive damaged or if you received the wrong item, simply follow the instructions outlined below on this page. Items may be returned to us in new and unused condition and original packaging within 7 days (restocking fee of 20% will apply) - do not ship any products back until you receive the RMA number and email instructions.

Please note that we may charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons and we reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We suggest that you use USPS “First Class Shipping”

Once products are received back at our facility and inspected, returns will be refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling as long as no damage has taken place. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely.

All customers must inspect the condition of the product upon arrival and report any problems within 7 days from receiving the product. We cannot accept returns of products more than 7 days after you have received the order.

All items must be in the original packaging, same condition that you received, and unused to be eligible for a return. Used products will not be eligible for returns and can only be serviced under warranty.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to the form of payment used either PayPal or original method of payment within 7 business days.

 

What if my package wasn't delivered?

You must email within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery date via your tracking number USPS. You must include your order number and tracking number so that we can file a lost case investigation with our carrier partners (USPS). We cannot ship replacement orders for lost packages.

Eden Apparel will not be liable for lost packages as a result of confirmed deliveries via USPS. Deliveries marked as "completed" with proof of delivery from carriers will be counted as final. We reserve the right to obtain proof of delivery and file a trace case to investigate orders that are marked as "delivered". All decisions will be based on USPS investigation results.

 

NOTE: AFTER 7 DAYS, SHORELINE CRYSTALS CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS

In order to return an item, please follow the below instructions:

    1. You MUST contact us via email to get an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.
    2. Package MUST be unused and placed back in its original packaging.
    3. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely.
    4. You MUST write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton, NOT on the product package.
    5. We suggest that you use: USPS Flat Rate Service

Is there a time limit for returns?

After 7 days, Eden cannot accept returns.

Does the return cost anything?

Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping & handling.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes, a restocking fee of 20% will apply depending on the product purchased.

When will I be refunded?

As soon as we receive the product, we will inspect it and then send the refund within 7 days.
Are we authorized to sell?

Yes, we are an authorized dealer. Eden is authorized to sell Clothing on our website. We have a Hawaii state GE license.

 

How will I know if my order has been processed?

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. In the case that you don't immediately receive an order confirmation email, please email or call us.

Do you take large orders?

We accept bulk and large orders but we recommend that you email us first so we can offer you our special pricing and make sure we have the right amount of products in our inventory. If we don't, we can provide you with an updated expected time of delivery and get you taken care of right away.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

We offer special pricing for larger orders - simply email us at: edenapparelshopify@gmail.com to talk to one of our representatives.

 

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How long will it usually take to receive my shipment?

We ship out your order within 5-6 business days via USPS, in most cases we ship them out immediately. Please note that shipping days do not include the Order Day, weekends, nor holidays. If we encounter stock issues with your order, someone from our Customer Support team will reach out to you immediately.

The average shipping time usually takes 5-15 business days depending on the location of delivery amongst the accepted 48 states (Ex. Alaska & Hawaii).

I'm not in the USA. Can you ship the clothing to my country?

Unfortunately we do not accept international orders at this time.

Will I receive a tracking number?

You will receive a tracking code as soon as the package has been shipped via email.
