Smoky quartz is a rare variety of quartz that has small presence in the earth's crust. It is named for its typical color and fudgey appearance, which becomes more pronounced when light reflects off of it. Smoky quartz is an abundant gemstone and is therefore relatively inexpensive. It is found in countries such as Mozambique, Switzerland, Brazil, the United States, Madagascar, Australia and Scotland.

Am I eligible for returns?

Yes, to be eligible for a return, the product must be in its unused and original packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with your return.

How can I return a product or order?

Please note: After 7 days, Shoreline Crystals cannot accept returns.

What is the returns/exchange policy?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address in the order form. If the address is input incorrectly, customers will be liable for the replacement costs. Please double-check and ensure that you have entered the appropriate address in the shipping address section.

If the items arrive damaged or if you wish to return them, please follow the instructions provided below on this page. The items must be returned to us in new and unused condition, along with the original packaging, within 7 days (a restocking fee of 20% will apply). Do not ship any products back until you receive the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and email instructions.

Please note that we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Any unauthorized merchandise returned to us will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us with prepaid freight. We recommend using USPS with insurance.

Once the products are received back at our facility and inspected, returns will be refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling costs, as long as no damage has occurred. Pack the products securely into a shipping box with sufficient packing material, and tape it securely.

All customers must inspect the condition of the product upon arrival and report any problems within 7 days of receiving the product. We cannot accept returns for products more than 7 days after you have received the order.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original packaging, in the same condition as you received them, and unused. Used products are not eligible for returns and can only be serviced under warranty.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied back to the original form of payment used (either PayPal or the original method of payment) within 7 business days.

What if my package was not delivered?

If your package was not delivered, you must email us within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery date, providing your tracking number from USPS. Please include your order number and tracking number so that we can initiate a lost case investigation with our carrier partners USPS. We cannot ship replacement orders for lost packages.

We are not liable for lost packages that have been confirmed as delivered by USPS. Deliveries marked as "completed" with proof of delivery from the carriers will be considered final. We reserve the right to obtain proof of delivery and file a trace case to investigate orders marked as "delivered." All decisions will be based on the results of the FedEx investigation.

To return an item, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact us via email to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions before returning the item.
  2. The package must be unused and placed back in its original packaging.
  3. Pack the products securely into a shipping box with sufficient packing material, and tape it securely.
  4. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton, not on the product package.
  5. We recommend using UPS Ground Service with insurance.

Is there a time limit for returns?

Does the return cost anything?

Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping & handling.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes, a restocking fee of 20% will apply depending on the product purchased.

When will I be refunded?
